Mouse Genetics and Genomics

The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), is offering a fully funded postdoctoral position to focus on mouse genetics and genomics: Molecular approaches to investigating transcriptional regulation of epidermal stem cell differentiation (See papers by J.A. Segre in Genome Research December 2004;Development June 2003; Nature Genetics August 1999; and CELL January 2000). NHGRI has excellent training opportunities to interact with other laboratories and core facilities, including DNA microarray analysis, genomic analysis, cell sorting, and mouse transgenesis and knock-outs.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or an M.D. degree awarded within the past 5 years. Applications are ongoing for this position with a rolling deadline.
