DHHS Reports to Congress on Autism Activities
These reports reflect DHHS annual activities pertinent to Division A, Title I of the Children's Health Act of 2000, which include: Section 101 — Expansion, intensification, and coordination of activities of the National Institute of Health (NIH) with respect to research on autism; Section 102 — Developmental disabilities surveillance and research programs; Section 103—Information and education; and Section 104 — Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee. Section 105 of the Act requires the Secretary of HHS to submit an annual report to Congress "concerning the implementation of this title and the amendments made by this title".
