NOT YET CROSSED 140 DEGREES WEST LONGITUDE INTO THE CENTRAL PACIFIC
HURRICANE BASIN.  THEREFORE...THE NEXT ADVISORY WILL AGAIN BE
ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IN MIAMI FLORIDA.
