| Abstract | A comprehensive resource database for safety analysis and risk evaluation of nuclear power plants and facilities, sponsored by the Department of Energy at Argonne National Laboratory. Although the scope of the database is world-wide, the current focus is on Soviet-designed nuclear power plants in Russia and Eastern Europe, and on reactor types in China and India. Database contents include nuclear reactor and plant information, results from safety and risk analyses, safety evaluation methods and computational tools, reactor material properties, INSC related activities, joint projects between US and Russian INSC, links to related web sites, and video clips. Registration and justification is required for use of some parts of the database. |
