Serves individuals with disabilities who are not able to use a standard telephone, and distributes specialized telecommunications equipment to individuals with disabilities.

Provides information and guidance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 and accessible information technology to individuals living in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

A partnership with Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine which assists people with disabilities employed in agriculture by providing practical education and assistance that promotes independence in agricultural production and rural living.

Provides free advice and information to UMF students, faculty, professionals in the community, individuals with disabilities and their families regarding assistive technology (AT).

Provides low-interest loans for individuals with disabilities and for businesses to make their workplace more accessible to employees and customers.
