State and Local Technology Resources for Idaho

A collaborative effort between Disability Support Services and Information Technology Services to provide technology solutions to University of Idaho students.

This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington State.

Assists people with disabilities employed in agriculture by providing practical education and assistance that promotes independence in agricultural production and rural living. AgrAbility staff perform worksite assessments and develop plans to accommodate farmers and ranchers with any type of disability, physical or cognitive.

A consumer-directed program funded by both private and public money that is designed to help Idahoans obtain and use the assistive technology they need.

Statewide information and assistance program related to assistive technology. Links to handbooks, catalogs, informational fact sheets and videos describing assistive technology devices and services.

Empowers persons who are blind or visually impaired by providing vocational rehabilitation training and technology, skills training and educational opportunities to achieve self-fulfillment through quality employment and independent living.

Provides statewide technical assistance to support parents, service providers and other agencies in meeting the educational needs of children and youth are deaf-blind.
