This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Provides low-interest loans to people with disabilities and older Pennsylvanians to purchase assistive technology devices and services.

Provides assistive technology services to people with disabilities including trainings, short-term equipment loans, referrals, information and funding.

A free service that loans assistive technology devices to people with disabilities. It is available to Pennsylvanians of all ages and disabilities.
