NRC Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards to Meet in Rockville, Maryland, March 14 - 15 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) has scheduled a meeting of its subcommittee on thermal-hydraulic phenomena on March 14 - 15 in Rockville, Maryland. The subcommittee will begin review of the thermal-hydraulic issues associated with the pressurized thermal shock screening criterion reevaluation project being conducted by the NRC Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research, among other things. The meeting, most of which will be open to the public, will be held in Room T-2B3 of the agency's Two White Flint North Building, at 11545 Rockville Pike, from 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business, on both days.
