NRC Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards to Meet in Rockville, Maryland, on March 16 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) has scheduled a meeting of its subcommittee on materials and metallurgy on March 16 in Rockville, Maryland. The subcommittee will review the status of the NRC's reevaluation of its pressurized thermal shock screening criterion for reactor vessels. The meeting, which will be open to the public, will be held in Room T-2B3 of the agency's Two White Flint North Building, at 11545 Rockville Pike, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Those who seek additional information on the meeting or schedule changes should contact Noel Dudley, at 301-415-6888.
