NOTE TO EDITORS:
A subcommittee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) has scheduled a meeting November 4 and 5 in Rockville, Maryland.
The meeting, which will be open to public observation, will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day in Room T-2B3, of the NRC's Two White Flint North Building at 11545 Rockville Pike. The Subcommittee on Safety Research Program will discuss industry research activities, NRC Safety Sesearch Program, and related matters, and gather information for preparing a draft annual report to Congress.
Other aspects of the meeting, including an opportunity for public comment, will be described in a Notice of Meeting published in a forthcoming edition of the Federal Register.
