Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff will meet with the public on Wednesday, October 29, in Waterford, Conn., to provide an update on recovery efforts at the Millstone nuclear power plant. Millstone, located in Waterford, is owned and operated by Northeast Utilities.

The meeting, the latest in a series of periodic sessions aimed at keeping the public informed of activities at Millstone, will begin at 7 p.m. in Waterford Town Hall, at 15 Rope Ferry Road.

Public comments will be accepted at the meeting.
