NOTE TO EDITORS:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received four reports from its Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards. The reports, in the form of letters, provide comments on:

-- Proposed Regulatory Guide and Standard Review Plan Chapter for Risk-Informed, Performance-Based Inservice Inspection.

-- Proposed Final Revisions to 10 CFR Part 26, Fitness-For-Duty Program Requirements.

-- Proposed Final Revision 3 to Regulatory Guide 5.44, "Perimeter Intrusion Alarm Systems."

-- Proposed Direct Final Rulemaking: Changes to Paragraph (h) of 10 CFR 50.55a, "Codes and Standards."
