HUD RAP (Relocation & Acquisition Policies) is the Official
Policy newsletter of HUD's Relocation and Real Estate Division.
The newsletter primarily provides official HUD policy and guidance
on relocation and acquisition issues in accordance with the Uniform
Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act
(Uniform Act or URA); Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community
Development Act, in addition to other HUD program requirements.
