The Powerpoint files have the best resolution, the HTML files the least.
The HTML pages are the same as available under the tables of contents
links above, but can be downloaded to your hard disk and then viewed off-line
with any web browser. Part 3 is available in both Powerpoint 98 and Powerpoint
2000 (or above) formats because they embed movies differently. Pick the
