Under Secretary Thomas Dorr (left, click photo to enlarge), joined by Illinois State Director Doug Wilson (right), presented a $375,000 check to Rural Electric Convenience Cooperative Board Chairman Jimmy Ayers. The central Illinois co-op will use the renewable energy grant to add wind-generated power to their portfolio.
