Translate nucleotide to amino acid sequences

Purpose: This tool translates nucleotide sequences and returns amino acid sequences.

How to use: A single sequence or alignment is accepted. The program should automatically identify any standard format, and will return the output in the same format. However, if your input is in GenBank or EMBL format, your output will be Fasta. You can select to receive the translation in frame one or in all three frames.
