This collection consists of the proposed Country Operational Plans (COPs) for fiscal year 2007 for the 15 focus countries of the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. They are the proposed COPs submitted by the U.S. embassies in each country, excluding To Be Determined Partners.
