dbSNP <=> refseq

This is an index to a database of attempts to map SNPs (dbSNP submitters' sequences plus GAI predicted SNPs) onto reference sequences and MGC sequences, predicting any protein coding changes caused by the SNPs. Flatfiles are also available.

This application is a prototype; caveat emptor!
