The Acquisition Services Directorate operates within the U.S. Department of the Interior's National Business Center, to provide acquisition services to agencies throughout the Federal government as authorized by Section 403
of the Government Management Reform Act of 1994 (GMRA), Pub. L. 103-356, and the Department of the Interior Appropriations Act, 1997, Pub. L. 104-208, div. A, title I, § 101(d) [title I, § 113].
In this section of the website, we provide access to policies, procedures, information requests and transmittals, and other information that our clients rely on to ensure compliance with Federal procurement statutes and regulations.
