Seattle Civil Summons & Complaint Filings Effective November 16, 2007, the court will open a Civil Central Processing Unit which will streamline the case initiation process and reduce the time between filing and return of your conformed copies of Civil Summons and Complaint filings. As part of this new process, new Civil Summons & Complaint filings need to be separated from the rest of your mail.
