In order to provide the most effecient and effective service possible, the City of Albuquerque has made some adjustments to the residential trash schedule.  Effective the week of May 5, 2008, approximately 23,000 residential customers will have a different trash collection day.  This translates into 14% of the total Solid Waste Management Department residential customers.  To find out if you are one of the customers whose trash collection day will be one day earlier, please see the information below.

Date of change 

Affected residents (see below) will have their trash collected one day earlier beginning the week of May 5- May 9, 2008.

Your recyclables will continue to be collected every week on the same day as your new trash day.
