'Advance' tickets are usually available through the 
KiMo Theatre Box Office and through Ticketmaster. 

KiMo Box Office

Ticket sales without additional service charges are 
available in person (only) at the KiMo Theatre Box Office .  
You may call first to confirm ticket availability, 768-3544.

Our Box Office hours are; Tuesday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm 
and Saturdays 11am to 5pm. 
Closed on Mondays and City holidays.  A possible short closure in September.

The KiMo Box Office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express during daytime business hours.

Ticketmaster Ticket Sales

Ticket sales through Ticketmaster are available 24 hours a day, 
until the day of a show.  Additional service charges, handling and delivery fees will apply.

Ticket sales thru Ticketmaster are also available Online and at their Outlets.

Notice: "Unavailable" Ticketmaster Sales
Ticketmaster only sells tickets 'in advance' of performances. Their ticket sales are always stopped several hours before the event and tickets will then be listed as "unavailable."
           This does not mean the event is sold out.
It is done to allow time to collect all the 'advance' ticket orders so the remaining tickets can be sold 'At-the-Door'.

Accessibility

The KiMo Theatre does not have an elevator. The balcony and upper floors of the building may not be accessible to some persons due to the several flights of stairs.
Please review our Accessibility page. Seating for mobility impaired persons is available upon request. 

Refunds

The KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster cannot make exchanges or refunds on ticket sales.
