Purchasing Department

One of the responsibilities of the County Purchasing Department is contacting vendors who wish to bid on goods and services required by the County. By registering ($50 fee), vendors are assured of receiving bid packets and timely information on major County purchases. As of August 22, 2006, vendors can register online using American Express, Visa, MC or Discover.

Treasurer Department

The Bernalillo County Treasurer's Office, the property tax collector for the County of Bernalillo, is pleased to offer you the option of paying your taxes online with a credit card. You can still pay by mail or deliver your payment in person. But for those tax payers who are sold on the benefits of secure online transactions, click below to get started.

Bernalillo County  has entered into an agreement with Wells Fargo Bank to process credit card payments and e-checks. Wells Fargo Bank/Link2Gov. charges a convenience fee for these services.  Currently the credit card processing fee is 2.35% (or a minimum of $1.00) and the e-check processing is a flat $1.25 fee per payment.  The $1.25 convenience fee charged on all e-check transactions is non-refundable.  Bernalillo County does not retain any portion of this fee. To avoid paying convenience fees you may pay taxes or other fees in person or by U.S. mail.
