October 14, 2005 -- Rural Development Deputy Under Secretary Allan Johnson joined Colorado Acting State Director Joe Hostetler to present the Pikes Peak Regional Medical Center Association with a $14 million loan. The funds will be used to construct a new 25-bed primary care hospital with 24 hour emergency service.
