Loan Repayment Plan

The SEC's Student Loan Repayment Program is a retention incentive program that assists employees in repaying outstanding qualifying student loans. Subject to budgetary consideration, the SEC may pay up to $10,000 per calendar year per eligible employee and up to $60,000 total per eligible employee.
