Bank and Barber Shop – Bank and barber shop services are provided for the convenience of Agency employees by the NSA/CSS Restaurant Fund.

Civilian Welfare Fund – The Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) is the employee services and recreation organization for NSA/CSS employees and their families. The CWF sponsors a variety of quality athletic, recreational, and social activities for Agency personnel. CWF Gift Shops, located throughout the campus, offer a variety of merchandise ranging from unique NSA logo items to books and videos relating to the art and science of cryptology. There is something for everyone at each of the four CWF locations.

Drug Store – The NSA/CSS Restaurant Fund operates a drugstore for the convenience of Agency employees. The store has a great selection of cards, magazines, candy, school supplies, toiletries, small gifts, etc.

Family Action Board – The Family Action Board (FAB) is an all-volunteer organization, and membership is open to non-Agency employed spouses of current or former Agency employees, whether civilian or military. FAB does not receive any funding from the Agency; all funds come from donations and fundraising events. FAB’s mission is to promote programs and policies that support the needs of Agency families and to act as a conduit for two-way communication between families and the Agency.

S.H.A.P.E. Fitness Centers - The Structured Health And Physical Enhancement program assists Agency employees in attaining their fullest human potential through the development of habits that are conducive to the establishment and maintenance of a healthy and productive lifestyle. The mission of the S.H.A.P.E Fitness Program is to improve employee health and fitness levels, and to offer each NSA/CSS employee the opportunity to achieve personal health excellence.

Guaranteed Ride Home Program – NSA/CSS employees who commute to and from work in a carpool, vanpool, or use public transportation at least three days a week are guaranteed a ride home up to six times per year in the event they need to leave work for an emergency or to work unscheduled overtime.

MVA On Wheels – The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration’s MVA on Wheels unit visits NSA/CSS. Most of the services offered at an MVA branch, such as driver license or vehicle license renewals, can be handled by the MVA On Wheels.

National Cryptologic Museum Foundation - The National Cryptologic Museum Foundation, one of the Agency’s private organizations, was established in 1996 to assist the museum in its effort to commemorate the military and civilian men and women of American Cryptology and to inform the public about their largely unknown and unheralded contribution to National Security and the cause of freedom everywhere.

Pedestrian Safety Campaign – Sponsored annually by the NSA/CSS Traffic and Parking Management Team, the Pedestrian Safety Campaign raises the awareness of pedestrian safety issues for both the pedestrian and the motorist, and educates employees about Maryland laws regarding crosswalks.

Phoenix Society - The Phoenix Society, one of the Agency’s private organizations, is an association that provides its membership with necessary and desirable social, educational, humanitarian, and recreation services. Membership is open to all NSA civilian personnel, NSA civilian retirees, as well as military personnel who are assigned to NSA or who were assigned to NSA and are retired from military service.

Private Organizations – NSA/CSS has over 50 private organizations (aka "clubs"), which are sanctioned to operate on Agency property. These clubs cover a wide range of personal interests from battle gaming to yachting.

Public Transit Benefit Program – NSA/CSS employees who use public transportation or a qualified vanpool to commute to and from work are provided a transit subsidy.

Ridesharing - The Transportation Office offers assistance locating transportation to and from work, matches individuals with carpool and vanpool opportunities, and provides shuttle schedules for public transportation servicing the Agency.
