This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT898240A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 4940. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5084.

The following are needed to include installation in accordance with the attached scope of work:

1 EA: Spray Paint Booth with dimensions of 50'x16'x16' (LWH)

1 EA: Medial Blast Booth with dimensions of 50'x16'x16' (LWH)

1 EA: Paint Mixing Room with dimensions of 12 ‘ x 6' x 8' (LWH)

1 EA: Protective Cover with Insulated Side Walls

Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
