This request for quotation consists of the following items:

CLIN0001: Instructor for pregnancy/post-partum classes at the fitness center/HAWC. To provide services in one hour increments, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m at Travis AFB, CA, 94535, as described in the attached Statement of Work.
