Statement of Need: Bagram Airfield / D/142nd MI BN require five (5) Human Intelligence Collectors for the purpose of Human Intelligence Collection and Analysis in support of CJTF-101 Theater Interrogations. The requirement involves providing Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Interrogators, who will integrate into military and civilian (MIL/CIV) interrogation teams, designed to increase the effectiveness of dealing with detainees, persons of interest, and Enemy Combatants (EC) who are in the custody of U.S./Coalition Forces in the USCENTCOM AOR. This interrogation support program will include screening, interrogation, analysis, and debriefing of persons of intelligence value to accomplish CJTF-101, USCENTCOM, and USSOCOM priorities and tasking in accordance with applicable Department of Defense regulations, U.S. Code, and International Law.



The overall requirement also involves providing five (5) HUMINT Analysts who mutually support efforts of military and civilian (MIL/CIV) Interrogation teams, designed to increase the effectiveness of dealing with detainees, persons of interest, and Enemy Combatants (EC) who are in the custody of US/Coalition Forces in the USCENTCOM AOR. This Analyst Support Program includes intelligence collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence products about persons of intelligence value to accomplish CJTF-101, USCENTCOM, and USSOCOM priorities and tasking in accordance with applicable Department of Defense regulations, U.S. Code, and International regulations.
