Cultural Services develops and manages the city's art programs and services. Cultural Services

is a division of the Community Services Department,
oversees the Tempe Center for the Arts and the Tempe Historical Museum,
serves as liaison to both the Tempe Municipal Arts Commission and the Tempe Historical Museum Board and
is the city's liaison with several local art groups.
