The Millennia Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) program fulfills the federal government’s demand for large system integration and development projects by providing Information Technology (IT) services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Millennia provides a broad range of IT support through contracts with its world-class Industry Partners. 

What is Millennia?

• A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Program consisting of nine Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts
• Accessible to all federal government agencies

Millennia was created to provide three main types of IT services:

• Communications – Definition, design, implementation, and management of digital and integrated or linked communications systems
• Software Engineering – Managing software from initial conception and planning, through design and development, to conversion, maintenance and improvement
• Systems Integration – All activities needed to develop and initiate automated information system

Contract Fundamentals:

• Millennia GWAC expiration is April 27, 2009. Millennia task orders issued prior to the expiration of the contract can be issued for a period of up to five (5) years.
• After the contract expiration date, all labor ceiling rates will be negotiated at the task order level.
