Description

The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a national, non-profit health organization focused on pediatric cardiomyopathy, a disease of the heart muscle that can lead to heart failure and sudden death in children. CCF's mission is to stimulate and support promising research, educate and assist physicians and patients, and increase awareness and advocacy related to the needs of affected children and their families. Patient services include: distribution of patient materials, peer support and family matching, physician and clinical research referrals, and a Web site with comprehensive medical and care information.
