Founded in 1994, National Hispanic Medical Association acts as a representative for the 26,000 licensed physicians and 1,800 full-time Hispanic medical faculty dedicated to teaching medical and health services research. NHMA provides policymakers and health care providers with expert information and support in strengthening health service delivery to Hispanic communities across the nation.
