Description
The National Organization of Circumcision Information Centers (NOCIRC), was established in l985 by healthcare professionals to educate healthcare providers and parents on the issue of infant circumcision, female genital mutilation and surgery for intersex children. NOCIRC provides the latest information on legislation and medical aspects of the issue of circumcision. NOCIRC's archives, reference library and videotapes are available to parents, physicians, childbirth instructors, lawyers, ethicists and the general public.
