Judge Herbert Grossman

Judge Herbert Grossman graduated from the Bronx High School of Science, Cornell University (BA), the Columbia University School of Law (JD), and the Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M).

He served as a Senior Trial and Appellate Attorney in the Tax Division at the US Dept. of Justice, and litigated cases in the US District Courts, US Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the US Court of Claims (currently the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Claims Court).

He was an Administrative Judge at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission before being appointed an Administrative Law Judge at FERC in 1987.
