NRC SCHEDULES MEETING WITH FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT
TO DISCUSS RECENT PERFORMANCE OF ST. LUCIE PLANT
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has scheduled a public meeting with Florida Power
& Light officials to discuss the status of recent St. Lucie nuclear plant performance. The
meeting will be Wednesday, June 10, at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Lucie Training Center, Room
123. The training center can be reached through gate B at the plant site located off Highway
A1A on Hutchinson Island.
Reporters and photographers are welcome to attend, along with members of the public, for
purposes of observation. NRC officials will be available to meet with reporters at the
conclusion of the meeting to answer questions related to the discussion.
