Is it possible to copy and paste text from a PDF document?
Yes, in three easy steps. To copy and paste from a PDF document, use this icon,  , the Text Select tool.
- Click on the Text Select tool (large "T" icon) located on the toolbar - it gets rid of the "hand" and a cursor appears.
- Now highlight the text you want to copy.
- Right click on your mouse to copy and paste the text into your e-mail or Word document.
- To highlight more than one page at a time in PDF documents, first check "View, Continuous."
You may also use the Edit drop-down menu or CTRL-C to copy material into an open document, and paste the material using the Edit menu or CTRL-V.
