Homeless Service Programs

Homeless Outreach, Stabilization and Transition (HOST) Project :
The HOST Progarm operated by the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) that provides outreach, engagement, stabilization and transition services to homeless persons homeless persons with serious mental illness or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance abuse/chemical dependency. Willows provides housing and treatment for homeless women and children
Fifteen families – homeless women and their children - have a place to call home at "Willows” a transitional housing project in White Center. Community Psychiatric Clinic (CPC), will provide housing, treatment and other services designed to help homeless mothers who have both a mental illness and drug/alcohol addiction. A variety of services and supports are available for children. Find out more.
