Nominations now open for 2008 Exemplary Service Awards

The King County Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services Division (MHCADSD) is pleased to announce that the nomination process is now open for the 2008 Exemplary Service Awards.

This annual event provides us with the opportunity to recognize the extraordinary contributions to system improvement, client care and community wellness by individuals and service providers in King County.

Categories for nominations are Advocacy, Direct Service, Service Innovation, and Systems Integration.

How to nominate a worthy individual or program:
The nomination process is open to all interested persons. Nominations must directly relate to serving or supporting King County individuals and/or families. To participate, you must complete a Nomination Form and submit two Letters of Support.

DEADLINE: Nominations will be accepted through Friday, August 8, 2008.

A Selection Committee will meet in August to review and recommend award recipients. Notification regarding awards will occur by early September.
