Module 1: Section 508 for Software Development Overview

This module is designed to provide an overview of §1194.21 of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. It reviews the history and purpose of the act, defines common disabilities and assistive technology. The module also addresses the developer's responsibility and touches on each of the 12 provisions that must be considered during application development and remediation.
