The Department of Transportation and National Tank Truck Carriers are co-sponsoring three Tank Truck Rollover Prevention Summits during the Fall of 2007. The summits will focus on the need to reduce rollovers, approaches to rollover reduction, and the development of training and management materials.

The Summits will be held November 16 in St. Louis; November 28 in Baltimore; and December 4 in Oakland.

There is no charge for attending the events. Attendees will be encouraged to provide their own ideas on preventing rollovers and to help develop new training and management tools. For more information about tank trucks: http://www.tanktruck.org
