Civil News

Effective November 16, 2007, all collection agencies assigned to the Seattle Courthouse location for filing purposes, are required to separate new Summons & Complaints and place them in the designated location in E-327. We are pleased to announce the creation of a Civil Central Processing Unit for case initiation which should reduce the time between filing and the return of your conformed copies.

Motions Schedule effective February 2007

Issaquah Courthouse: No regularly scheduled calendar. For dates, e-mail Issaquah.KCDC@metrokc.gov attn: Civil Clerk. Ex-Parte walk-in calendar each Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.. There will be no ex-parte walk-in calendar on March 13, 2008.

Kent Courthouse: Civil trial and motions each Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.. Ex-Parte walk-in calendar each Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. Please contact the court for available dates at Kent.KCDC@metrokc.gov.

Seattle Courthouse: For civil and motion dates, please contact the court at Seattle.KCDC@metrokc.gov. Ex-Parte Walk in calendars are each Wednesday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m..
