General Native HIV/AIDS Awareness/Testing PSA
60 second transcript
I'm Robert McSwain, Acting Director of the Indian Health Service. Today, HIV is affecting thousands of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. Many people with HIV are not aware of their status so they may be infecting others, and not accessing treatment which could help them. Together we can help our Native communities, by talking about HIV, organizing or attending awareness raising events, and encouraging HIV testing. Please, join me and our friends, family members, and partners, in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Protect our future! Protect our people! Celebrate life!
