Directions for Specifying the Subscriber Email in Outlook
The listserv will open a email message automatically in Outlook with your default email account as the subscriber. If you would subscribe to the listserv using a different email address perform the following steps in Outlook to complete this action:.
1. Clicking "Subscribe" and the email message box will appear.
2. In the Outlook toolbar go to "View"-then "Options"
3. The dialog box below will appear:
4. Check the box "Have replies sent to:" under "Delivery options" and specify the email address in the space provided (Example: John.Doe@Business.net)
5. Follow the remaining steps on the main listserv page to complete the process.
*Helpful reminder! Make sure you reset these settings in Outlook to the original email account after you have successfully subscribed to the listserv!
