  • The Chicago Police Department Hate Crimes Report 2002 contains special features on what hate crime victims can expect from police, a report on the World Church of the Creator, a White supremacist organization, and appendices with a police pledge against racial profiling, a hate crime statute and ordinance, general order concerning hate crimes, and a general order regarding racial profiling and other biased based policing practices which can be models for police departments to use in developing or implementing their own hate crimes programs.
