Alzheimer's Association chapters provide information, programs and services, including support groups and educational workshops, to people with Alzheimer's disease, their family members and caregivers.

Program is designed to assist those seniors who have functional needs in their homes. Clients can receive up to sixty hours of service per month in four areas: Personal Care, Mobility, Nutrition and Environment.

Program provides in-home and community services to individuals 18 years of age and older who are medically and financially eligible.

Personal Care services are hands-on, in-home services provided to those medically (as determined by a Personal Care Medical Eligibility Assessment signed by the individual's physician) and financially eligible.
