The following items have been moved (migrated) to Production for use by Agencies beginning on March 14, 2008.

IM137456 – Correct Personnel Actions USF menu option not working.
ISSUE: When a user clicks on Insert Record in the Correct Personnel Actions USF menu option, he is forced out of the menu option (unless the PAR action being corrected is a monetary award on/after March 1, 2008).
RESOLUTION: Correct the logic that is resulting in this error.
USER IMPACT: This fix allows for users to accurately and correctly process 002 corrections on all appropriate PAR actions.

IM137633 – Reactivate certain action/reason codes for action POS (Position Change).
ISSUE: Certain action/reason codes were inactivated as part of the Action/Reason codes cleanup (moved to production on 2/29/2008). However, 5 of these codes are currently being used in the Position Data menu option.
Also, the Action/NOA combination of AWD (award) / 848 (Referral Bonus) was inadvertently inactivated.
RESOLUTION: For action POS (Position Change) we will reactivate the following reason codes:
- CVR (Conversion)
- INA (Position Inactivated)
- STA (Position Status Change)
- TTL (Title Change)
- UPD (Position Data Update)
We will also reactivate the Action / NOA combination AWD / 848.
USER IMPACT: User should now be able to use the above reason code and NOA codes to process their personnel actions and Position Data changes.

IM137754 – Update Job Opening status from pending to Open.
ISSUE: Job Opening status is not getting updated to open even if final approver approves the Job opening.
RESOLUTION: Temporary solution is to run the report to get list of Job opening’s which are still in pending even if final approver approves the Job Opening and run the sql every evening to change the Job Opening status from Pending to Open.
USER IMPACT: Job openings will reflect the correct status. In addition query HE0338 will return the correct results due to the job opening data being corrected.

IM126290 – Users currently have access to Benefit components not being used at HHS.
ISSUE: Users have access to several Benefit components not in use by HHS. This access results in users trying to process benefit actions in these components unsuccessfully.
RESOLUTION: Remove all erroneous benefits access. The only access the users should have in the Benefits module is: Enroll in Benefit Participant Program, Health Benefits, Savings Plan.
USER IMPACT: Users will not longer have access to FEGLI, Leave, Retirement etc.. on the benefits menu. They will only have access to those components in use by HHS: Enroll in Benefit Participant Program, Health Benefits, Savings Plan.
