U.S. Citizens and Legal Permanent Residents. graduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities, tribal colleges, and Hispanic-serving institutions; U.S. citizens or permanent residents

Ames Laboratory (Ames, Iowa), Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne, Ill.), Brookhaven National Laboratory (Upton, N.Y.), Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley, Calif.), Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Livermore, Calif.), Los Alamos National Laboratory (Los Alamos, N.M.), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (Oak Ridge, Tenn.), Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (Richland, Wash.), Savannah River Site (Aiken, S.C.), Savannah River Ecology Laboratory (Aiken, S.C.)
