Legal Description: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situated in the City and County of Cortland and State of New York, and being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING in the south walk line on the south side of Taylor Street at a point located westerly a distance of 413.53 feet, measured along said south walk line, from the intersection of said south walk line with the west walk line on the west side of Owego Street; running thence S 08° 57’ W a distance of 152.78 feet to a point; running thence N 80° 00’W a distance of 75.00 feet to a point; running thence N 08° 57’ E a distance of 152.78 feet to a point in said south walk line of Taylor Street; running thence S 80° 00’E a distance of 75.00 feet to the point and place of beginning and contained 0.26+_ acre of land.
There is also conveyed herewith all the land adjacent to the above described premises on the north to the centerline of Taylor Street subject to the rights of the public to use the same for street or highway purposes which specifically includes that portion of the above described premises lying between the south walk line of Taylor Street and the south street line Taylor Street.
