AF inducts 8 into Comm & Info Hall of Fame Class of 2009
SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill -- Eight former Air Force communicators were inducted into the Air Force Communications and Information Hall of Fame during a ceremony held Dec. 11 at in Washington, D.C. Lt. Gen. Michael W. Peterson, Air Force Chief of Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer, announced the selection of (all retired) Lt. Gens. William J. Donahue and John L. Woodward; Maj. Gens. George P. Lampe, Gerald L. Prather and John T. Stihl; Brig. Gens. Duncan W. Campbell and Charles B. Jiggetts; and Col. Gil Sentimore into the C&I Hall of Fame's Class of 2009.

Payday loans = Big business for them, poorhouse for you
Hill Air Force Base, Utah -- In an interview on "Dan Rather Reports," Mary Ann Olson said she took out a payday loan for $140 and ended up paying back more than $2,000. She turn to them because she didn't have enough savings to purchase a pair of orthopedic shoes due to multiple sclerosis. She believed it was the only option to solve her money problem.
